Upon touching a Jump Berry, the player consumes it and gains a purple aura. From then on they will be able to jump once again in midair, expending their aura. This effect can stack up to 4 times. The player will die if they consume another jump berry in excess of 4.
The fact that they are consumed upon touch of course means that the player cannot pick up and store them.

Jump Berries are found on berry bushes throughout Chapter 1 and some places in Chapter 2, can be grown from Seeds and can be Polymorphed into..
